Though currently we are focussed on Bartizan other projects are on the back burner.
Established Games
In the Wallace Games life cycle for game development, games are first tested online with a close group of Alpha testers. If a game shows merit with these testers, the game undergoes the first level of scrutiny.
Edits are made and a physical copy of the game is made up. Some games play well online but when face to face it falls apart.
If a game is successful beyond this point, established games are then tested beyond the initial group to see how non-boardgame people interact with the game and the core rules are established.
Bartizan
Bartizan has the unique mechanic of balancing the game with other players to move from cooperative to collaborative.
It is based in 1400/1500s Scotland, celebrating the ruined castles of Scotland and the turbulent history during that time.
Games pre-development
Wallace Games works on many projects which are tested with table top simulator, those that have some merit go on to be made up physically.
The games below have been proven in a virtual space but have yet to be created physically. Browse if you would like, but know that compared to our established games these will have much fewer details.
A Most Marvellous Adventure
This game is inspired by Parks where players traverse a board collective resources etc.
This game is unique by having the win condition rely on other players performing well, hopefully this will inspire collaboration though it is not explicit in the rulebook.
Death Hex
This is an unwinnable zombie survival game with interesting geometric abilities and complex rules.
It has been a challenge to make a game that is unwinnable while still making it feel fun and engaging.

Nights and Noblemen
This is a TTRPG with resting and story-telling at the heart of its developement.
A focus has been given to collaborative abilities and a dice pool system that stresses giving aid as extra dice to roll.
